Responsibilities: The UKG Systems Analyst will be focusing on optimizing the department's use of UKG Telestaff and WFM Dimensions systems.

The UKG Systems Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing and implementing configuration changes within the software to ensure smooth operation and compatibility with our client's evolving needs. While the coding for integration between the systems will be handled by UKG, the analyst will play a critical role in overseeing the successful deployment of these updates. Furthermore, the analyst will be tasked with updating and aligning the new Telestaff system with their cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all platforms.

  • Administer and maintain production, testing, and training environments
  • Create reports using SQL Management Studio, Spotfire, and/or Excel to support daily operations
  • Provide end-user training on system functionality and develop training documentation
  • Perform complex analysis for decision-making and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and controls
  • Collaborate with team members to recommend system adjustments
  • Develop business processes independently using best practices

Top Skills:

  • 4-7 years of experience as systems analyst for UKG - Kronos Telestaff and/or WFM Dimensions
  • Experience managing and implementing configuration changes within UKG and/or WFM Dimensions
  • Strong expertise in system setup, troubleshooting, and updates is crucial.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like SQL Management Studio, Spotfire, and Excel
  • Ability to consult and make system adjustment recommendations
