The Position

Digital Health Business Architect

A healthier future. It's what drives us to innovate. To continuously advance science and ensure everyone has access to the healthcare they need today and for generations to come. Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love. That's what makes us Roche.

The Opportunity

As a Digital Health Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in actualizing Roche's Data & Digital Strategy by planning based on the RIS strategic vision of the company that moves from a "narrative" of thousands of pages of text to a more visual and easy to consume and understand approach. Within the Digital Business Architecture group, we build a synergy amongst Roche's various capabilities and guide the organization towards strategic goals. You will establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track/ measure results in an agile work environment.

Interact closely with other business architects, solution business managers (SBMs), strategic planning, LCTs, IBTs, Go-to-Market, and R&D functions, particularly with Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Product Security and Privacy Operations (PSPO). Own specific business architecture domain (e.g. related to RIS commercial products, Digital Development Services products from broader Roche, or Trusted Research Environment Solutions).

If you have knack for storytelling combining both the art and the science, join us to transform Roche's digital health future! The art lies in the intuitive, emotional and the ability to conjure vibrant imaginations, emotions and stories that engage the audience. The science is the methodical side- understanding the audience, structuring a memorable narrative and employing technologies and mediums for the greatest impact. And then there's "magic," which is the intangible lure of storytelling. It's the spark that turns an ordinary PowerPoint into a vision for the future. Great things happen when abstract concepts transform into tales of challenges faced, battles won and an inspiring vision for new digital horizons.
