Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an IT Registration Authority Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will become part of Peraton's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) Program, for the US Coast Guard (CG). This initiative is modernizing and consolidating the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CGs customers. As part of the program, the Registration Authority Administrator will be responsible for issuing certificates and tokens for new employees, generating server certificates as needed, and ensuring logs are kept for all work performed.
Location: On-site in Alexandria, VA with discretionary telework.
Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
Manage the registration authority processes for USCG personnel and systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and databases for all registrations.
Assist in the development and implementation of registration policies and procedures.
Provide support and guidance to users regarding registration processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
Issue DoD and internal Non-Person Entity (NPE) certificates
Issue PIV tokens to users after verifying identity and paperwork is completed.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with High School Diploma/equivalent.
U.S. Citizenship required; must have a minimum of a Secret clearance (or higher).
Minimum of [2] years of experience in registration administration or a related area.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with DoD policies and regulations is highly preferred. Target Salary Range
$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
