- Job Title: Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
- Location: Long Island, NY, with onsite work for 3 days per week
- Contract Duration: 9-12 months
- The candidate must be a senior EBS HRMS consultant with more than 10 years of experience
- The role requires hands-on experience with integrations, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), PL/SQL, reports, Workflow (WF), Approvals Management Engine (AME), Fast Formula, etc.
- The candidate must have a good record of customer handling
- The consultant will work closely with customers and lead the offshore-based track
- Strong communication skills are required
- The candidate will be responsible for driving all cadence calls with customer stakeholders
- The candidate must have experience in managing offshore-based teams of more than 40 members.
