  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client in Wilmington, MA, an immediate need for an SAP Project Manager to join their team.

*** Please note that this is a 6-month contract opportunity, with a potential for an extension with our client and NOT with Core BTS.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, extensive SAP knowledge, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, communicate project status, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical resources, and business users, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in SAP implementation.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including training and user adoption strategies, to ensure a smooth transition to new systems.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, issues, and progress against milestones.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation to optimize SAP usage and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 15 + years of SAP PM Experience
  • 5+ years SAP S/4HANA PM Experience
  • Global US template roll-out experience
  • 2+ projects - SAP Mexico rollout end-to-end experience
  • PMP Certified
  • S/4HANA Activate PM Certified
  • 5+ years of SAP Functional Experience
  • Experience in project-based companies is preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
