Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Help Desk Technician opening for our client in Anchorage, AK.

Location: Anchorage, AK

Duration: 4 months

Duties:

  • Provide first-level technical support to users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, diagnosing problems, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • The technician will document issues, track tickets, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and familiarity with common IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Active Directory) are essential.

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
