"Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.

Role Specifics:

5-7 years of experience engaging with universities in a research capacity or with external research customers or partners

Deep program management experience required with strong attention to detail and organization.

AI experience with foundation models research along with AI rapid prototyping preferred

Ability to multi-task and prioritize across varying workstream types.

Ability to work with and understand different types of data is preferred.

Develop, track, and manage BI project budget, project plans, timelines and scope.

Partner closely with other members of functional project teams

Prepare and present usage reporting

Communicate project status and proposed program strategies with senior stake holders, researchers, and others.

Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.

Make presentations to researchers and project sponsors.

Create and facilitate events for 10-50 professors and researchers.

Documentation creation experience a plus"
