We are looking for a Peoplesoft Developer for a long-term contract opportunity in Austin, Texas. Remote position available for candidates located in Texas only.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the PeopleSoft Travel and Expense (T&E) module, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Enhance and maintain a baseline installation of the T&E module while ensuring continued operation of existing customizations.
  • Assist in the design and development of custom PeopleSoft solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop bolt-on solutions to enhance PeopleSoft functionality as needed.
  • Gather and understand requirements, and design, develop, test, and implement new and customized modules.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure effective integration and operation of PeopleSoft systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for issues related to the T&E module and associated customizations.
  • Maintain documentation of development processes and configurations.
  • Stay updated on PeopleSoft best practices and emerging technologies to enhance system performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall IT operations.

You:

  • 7+ years of expertise implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems.
  • 5+ years of technical support to implement, upgrade, or maintain PeopleSoft, including Application, Data Mover Scripts Engine, Component Interface, Unix, BI Publisher, Events and Notifications, and SQR.
  • 5+ years of proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • 5+ years of communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • 5+ years of implementing/upgrading or maintaining PeopleSoft Finance systems, including workforce reporting, accounting, and procurement.
  • 4+ years of configuration of travel and expense modules within PeopleSoft.
  • 2+ years of strong technical writing skills.
  • 2+ years of proficiency in collecting technical requirements and designing appropriate software solutions.
  • 2+ years of involvement in creating, maintaining, and updating system and configuration-specific documentation like environment diagrams, security, and integration (preferred).
