  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Thalians Health Center, Ground Floor, RM 134, Los Angeles, CA 90048

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Field Tech to provide end-user desktop support, covering both Windows and Mac operating systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software, diagnosing issues, and ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently. This position requires hands-on experience in technical support, along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user desktop support for Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot local and network installations.
  • Resolve issues related to Internet Explorer, TCP/IP, DHCP, Device Manager, Registry Editor, User Manager, and Admin Commands.
  • Speak with customers to identify problems and walk them through steps to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide timely, accurate customer feedback, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm issues are resolved and provide additional support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco (advantageous).
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
