Lucid Android Automotive framework team drives core platform features and capabilities such as Connectivity (Wifi, Bluetooth), Multimedia (Audio or Video), HAL (Vehicle HAL, Audio HAL, GNSS HAL) and other critical platform services.

We are looking for a Sr. Staff Bluetooth Android Framework Engineer to join the team!

You will bring:

• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Bluetooth BR/EDR and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocols specification.
  • Understanding and experience with the Android Framework and Bluetooth service/stack in Android.
  • Knowledge and experience in C/C++/Java.
• Experience:
  • Experience in Bluetooth stack development.
  • Experience with Bluetooth Qualification and Bring up processes.
  • Experience in embedded systems or firmware development is a plus.
  • Experience in vehicle infotainment system development.
  • Experience in mass production of products.
  • Experience with interoperability across various devices based on Bluetooth specification.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to analyze and solve inter domain issues.
  • Ability to debug and optimize Bluetooth connectivity issues.
• Communication:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team member across different team ( Media/Application/etc.. )
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts related with Bluetooth feature.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$195,000 - $260,000 USD
