Job Title: Oracle Fusion Administrator

Work Location: Metro, Detroit, MI (Onsite Project)

Duration of Project: 6-8 months with highly possibility of extension or hire

Key Responsibilities:

Work with 3rd-party integrator for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project, covering requirements, design, testing, and roll-out of ERP, EPM, and HCM.

  • Work with 3rd-party managed services in ongoing deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Maintain Oracle technology roadmap.
  • Work onsite every day (M-F).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement

  • B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • High School Diploma with Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience working in an enterprise environment with the technologies outlined in the Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Five (6-7) years overall ERP administration experience.

Three (4-5) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

.Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

  • Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
  • Experience with business process workflows.
  • Experience with functional/technical design specifications.
  • Experience with data conversions and overall data management.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion including AI capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to train internal staff.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment

Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Management.

  • Familiarity with core technologies including: ServiceNow, Office365.
  • Certification - at least 1 of the following (or equivalent):

o Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional

o Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional

o Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional

o Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Professional

o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Application Integration Professional

o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Enterprise Analytics Professional

o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Digital Assistant Professional

o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate.
