Job Summary

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports the Corporate Finance Director in coordinating of the company's enterprise data management & financial reporting and analysis processes. This individual owns the processes in support of these critical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owner of corporate data structures and metadata governance processes for the Chart of Accounts and other data dimensions used in financial systems.
  • Produces key financial reporting packages for quarterly Key Performance Indicators
  • Ad Hoc reporting and analysis as required
  • Works with the Business Intelligence team to assist with new insightful reporting
  • Determines and implements process improvements and opportunities for automation of FP&A processes
  • Participates in cross functional company initiatives and systems initiatives that impact the financial management of the company

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting. Computer Science or other related Business discipline
  • MBA Preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant corporate finance experience
  • Demonstrated financial/analytical skills gained through formal education or work experience.
  • Knowledge and application of financial modeling principles
  • Interest in applying best practices in data management and hierarchical structures
  • Knowledge of BI Tools, Data Visualization Tools, Hyperion Planning, Enterprise Planning and Budgeting, Enterprise Data Management (EDM) & Data Warehousing
  • Advances skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet due dates
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • SaaS experience a plus

Pay Rate: $81,600.00 - $101,900.00 - $122,400.00 Annually
