Hard Skills
- 2+ years’ experience scheduling patient appointments or supporting patients in a similar manner
- EPIC experience required - MAESTRO experience preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English-Spanish preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
