  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Be the mastermind behind our social media presence! As our Social Media Strategist, you will craft engaging content that positions us as a leader in medical aesthetics. Think eye-catching visuals, compelling videos, and informative posts that resonate with our target audience. Please be aware that you will be required to film in the operating room during surgeries. A respectful and comfortable approach to capturing these moments is essential.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute winning social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Create data-driven content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and attracts new patients.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by mastering the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in social media management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of proven experience in social media strategy and implementation. A focus on content production and community management is highly preferred. Five (5) years of comprehensive social media strategy and implementation is preferred.
  • A refined aesthetic sense and a track record of engaging social media posts may substitute for experience in social media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube) and their algorithms.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and video production.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for beauty and aesthetics.
  • Preferred Skills: Adobe lightroom, Adobe premiere pro, Adobe photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Final Cut Pro, Instagram, Pintrest, TikTok and Youtube Analytics
  • Preferred Certifications: Hubspot Social Media Marketing, Hub spot SEO, Google Analytics, Google Analytics Advanced.

This position is full-time, on site in our offices in the Short Pump area of Richmond, Virginia. We offer competitive compensation, health and dental benefits, PTO, and holiday pay!
