SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER- REMOTE

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process engineering efforts from conceptual design to commissioning.
  • Develop and review process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and more.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure project success.
  • Perform HAZOP reviews and support start-up and commissioning phases.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and execute validation protocols and CIP system designs.
  • Focus on the quality of all design documents and uphold safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (PE license preferred).
  • At least 15 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMPs, process validation, and clean utility systems.
  • Familiarity with design-build project delivery and associated methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and process simulation software like HYSIS or AFT.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage large, technically complex projects.

Salary: $105,000 $175,000- commensurate with experience
