Job Duties: Developing a strategic plan to serve Salesforce customers and prospects within nonprofit Higher Education, growing market adoption and revenues. Manage lead qualifications and conversion from interested prospects. Prospect and generate new relationships within the strategic accounts. Consult with and advise large, strategic Salesforce Customers resulting in increased use, success, and Enterprise-wide deployments. Create a unified sales team using a variety of pre-sales resources, to expand Salesforce's footprint within an account and demonstrate high impact value with our technology. Components of the role can be done remotely . Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Communications, or closely related discipline and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce Sales Cloud; (2) Communities; (3) Education Cloud SKU; (4) Tableau; (5) Field Service; (6) Marketing Cloud; (7) Commerce Cloud; (8) Salesforce DMP or Data Cloud; (9) Chatter; (10) Salesforce 1 Mobile; (11) Service Cloud; (12) Pardot; (13) Analytics Cloud; (14) Financial Services Cloud; and (15) Mulesoft. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.
