IT Engineer
Full time, Colombo, Sri Lanka

The IT Engineer supports global ICT by administering, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining infrastructure systems. They provide IT support, implement local and virtual IT changes, and collaborate with other teams.

As a IT Engineer, you will

• Administer Windows clients, including imaging and software deployment via Microsoft Intune.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues on Windows 10/11.
• Install, relocate, and maintain IT equipment, including planning office moves and managing AV and peripheral hardware.
• Manage systems infrastructure, including Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft Exchange services.
• Provide print services and support for distributed file systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting internal users, creating documentation, and escalating issues when necessary.

About you

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an IT environment with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Desirable qualifications include a technical degree and relavant certifications
• Proficient in Microsoft business software, Windows systems, Active Directory, and automated software distribution like Microsoft Intune
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Capable of working independently in a team and managing high-pressure situations
• Willingness to work in a roster-based environment.
