  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Associate Product Manager

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: $50K - $60K + discretionary bonus and Benefits

About Our Client:
Our client is a leading company in the Consumer Goods (CPG) industry. They are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join their team and contribute to their product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure successful product development and execution.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and positioning.

  • Utilize Monday.com to effectively manage project timelines, tasks, and resources.

  • Prepare reports and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills to communicate product performance and insights.

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

  • Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in category, product, or channel marketing within the Consumer Goods (CPG) industry.

  • Understanding of the product lifecycle and product development processes.

  • Proficiency in Monday.com for workflow and project management.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
