Senior IT Network Engineer

Responsible for:

1. Designing, installing and maintaining networks, including hardware, software and configurations.

2. Installing, configuring and maintaining network security systems including firewalls, IPS, VPNs, Zero-trust, EDR, etc.

3. Monitoring and improving system and network performance to ensure system and network availability and reliability.

4. Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers, Linux server, office365 etc.

5. Troubleshooting and diagnosing network and system issues and finding solutions.

6. AD administration, creation, modification, deletion of user id, groups, permissions, gpo policy.

7. Communicating and collaborating with network and security vendors that provide services to ensure networks operate as per expectations.

8. Updating existing network equipment and advising on the purchase of new systems.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 to 5 years network related work experience.

2. In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking sytems such as SD-WAN, LAN, wireless, firewalls, and IPS.

3. Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently.

4. Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot Ubiquiti network.

5. Familiar monitoring system such as ELK, Zabbix, PRTG, etc .

6. Experienced in virtualization and containerization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)

7. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementation.

8. Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members and manage network and security vendors.

9. CCNP, CCIE, CISSP is preferred.
