  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Organize patient documentation in preparation for claim processing and notify reimbursement of any missing documentation
  • Track documentation completion from patients and physicians, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Facilitate communication between referral sources and the organization regarding referrals received
  • Perform routine clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed
  • Assist with scanning, indexing, and processing incoming faxes, as well as referral tracking

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-6 months of relevant experience in a related field
  • Basic level skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, including data entry and document formatting
  • Ability to perform routine clerical tasks with accuracy
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with patients and healthcare professionals

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in Infusion Medical Billing/Collections or Intake/Admissions
  • 1 year of direct experience in a healthcare-related position
