The Role

Are you ready to make an impact? We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to work directly with early-stage tech startups and growth oriented companies. You’ll work alongside our founder, learning the full recruiting cycle—sourcing, selecting, and closing top talent. Once you’re up to speed, you’ll be the face of Launchpad for our clients, leading the hiring process with hiring managers and executives. What You’ll Do

  • Go through a comprehensive training program to learn Launchpad theory and practices.
  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for 2-8 tech and maybe a few business roles.
  • Source candidates, manage interviews, deliver offers, and partner with hiring managers to meet deadlines.
  • Configure and manage recruiting tools like ATS, Slack, Zoom, and a variety of sourcing tools.
  • Work on talent branding and other recruiting initiatives that help shape our company and clients’ futures.

What You’ll Need

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or professional services.
  • Ability to perform at a high-level within a very fast-paced and fluid work environment where change is constant and flexibility is paramount.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • Confidence, humility, and the self-motivation to overcome challenges.
  • Familiarity with MAC (we are a MAC shop, some of our clients use Windows), Google Workspace, MS 365, ATS, Slack, and sourcing tools—or a willingness to learn!
  • A bachelor's degree in STEM, business, psychology, or sociology is preferred, but we value experience just as much.

Our Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to go beyond the surface so we can make sure this is the right fit for both of us. It’s thorough, but we think it’s worth it.

  1. 30-minute chat with the hiring manager to get to know each other.
  2. 60-minute deep dive into your recruiting skills.
  3. 30-minute recap for additional recruiting questions (if necessary).
  4. Reverse interview: You interview our founder to make sure we’re the right fit for you.
  5. Decision: We aim to wrap up the process in 2-3 weeks.
