Job Title: Production Utility

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Production Utility worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the movement of materials within the plant and ensuring accurate documentation of products. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment will contribute to our operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Move materials, including flake, pellets, and bales, throughout the plant.
  • Document incoming and outgoing products accurately on the floor.
  • Operate pallet jacks and lifts to transport products as needed.
  • Utilize computer-based systems to monitor, document, and track production activities.
  • Assist with rail car loading and unloading as required.
  • Navigate stairs around machinery to ensure operational accuracy (up to 40 ft high).
  • Conduct quality checks on production lines, including gathering data, temperature readings, and monitoring processes.
  • Participate in cross-training throughout the facility to enhance skill sets.
  • Apply mechanical abilities, using hand and power tools when necessary.

Work Environment:

  • Work in a newly built facility with ongoing expansions.
  • Be prepared for a potentially dusty and noisy environment.
  • Safety sleeves and shirts will be provided as needed to ensure your safety on the job.
