Role: Service Coordinator II
Department: Vendor
Reporting Manager: Territory Manager
Service Coordinator II plans and establishes schedules for our contractor partners to meet customer demands and overall company efficiency. The service coordinator is a specialist in regional workflow distribution and overall business capacity needs.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
Making special service arrangements as necessary
Ensuring that the appointments of all services provided meets the required metrics and service level agreements
Contribute in development processes that make service delivery more efficient and organized
Manage workflow and distribute accordingly from past and new workflows
Assign, dispatch, and track work orders for contractor partners to ensure.
Ensure fair pricing, vetted information, and complete scopes from our contractor partners.
Provides administrative support, including answering calls from vendors, correspondence, research via the Internet, and other resources.
Able to think strategically, identify problems, develop practical solutions, and guide their implementation by partnering with peers and all business partners
Qualifications:
2+ years in a related field; associate s or bachelor s degree in a related field is preferred.
Effective communication, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication
Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and client relations skills
Keen organization and time management skills
Collaboration and teamwork abilities
Goal-setting skills and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Advanced analysis and data visualization
Ability to use computers, software, and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
Understanding of the logistics/service delivery, including common obstacles and effective solutions
