  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role: Sr. Nice CXone Configurator/Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Note: For this position client is looking Sr. NICE CXone or InContact Developer candidate.

Role Description/Skillset

  • Participate in Discovery sessions with the customer to identify and confirm requirements concerning design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment of minimum viable product to replace the existing functionality provided by the existing Genesys Pure Connect contact centre infrastructure
  • Provide assistance in configuring NICE CXone platform, including but not limited to skillsets, custom variables, IVR scripts, recorded prompts, CRM and third-party application integrations
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance NICE CXone, design and configuration documents
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance NICE CXone System Integration test plans (SIT) and User Acceptance test plans (UAT).
