Purpose:

The Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager plays a critical role in this mission by developing and implementing comprehensive sales, marketing and communication strategies for our Real Estate Department. This position is responsible for managing Real Estate marketing initiatives across various platforms, leading a skilled team, and propelling our brands forward. A primary focus will be on leveraging data analysis, generating leads, and enhancing brand development to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Development
  • Establish and drive a multi-channel communications and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the brand voice across all platforms, ensuring consistency and integrity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy development and adjust marketing plans.
  • Utilize data analysis to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for optimizing marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  1. Content Creation & Digital Marketing
  • Collaborate on website management, including SEO optimization, content updates, and CRM integration.
  • Create and manage blog content on topics such as market trends, real estate tips, and local events.
  • Implement direct mail campaigns, including mailing list management, postcard design, and logistics.
  • Generate and post engaging content on social media platforms, monitor trends, and interact with followers.
  • Assist in creating digital, video, audio, and print content to support various marketing initiatives.
  1. Lead Generation & Data Analysis
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, property management, membership prospects and agent prospects through various marketing channels.
  • Track engagement and lead generation metrics across different platforms to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, offering insights and recommendations to improve lead generation efforts.
  1. Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of communication, marketing, and sales professionals.
  • Provide marketing tools and materials to support the sales team's efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers across different business units.
  • Oversee coordination with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
  1. Event Management & Public Relations
  • Plan and execute marketing events, public relations activities, and recruitment events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, attendee management, and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain media relations, engaging with media members, influencers, and community leaders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing and sales manager role, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, lead generation, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
