Adecco is seeking a motivated individual for a VP Broker within our expanding specialist reinsurance broking team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, providing support to existing clients as well as cultivating new business with insurance companies and retail brokers across all lines of business.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Reinsurance experience
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage Treaty Contracts
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Knowledge of Compliance procedures

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Actuarial processes
  • Experience with Program Placements
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Certifications: Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI)
  • Bachelor s degree


Pay Details: 95,000.00 to 115,000.00 per year
