The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing a variety of marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives. This role involves assisting in the creation of marketing materials, coordinating events, managing social media accounts, and supporting market research efforts. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills, with a passion for marketing and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in Marketing Campaigns:
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, and print.Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing marketing events such as product launches, webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Manage logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Analyze data and present insights to support marketing strategies.Administrative Support:
Maintain marketing databases, track budgets, process invoices, and manage marketing materials inventory. Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the marketing team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
