We are seeking a Technical Ad Operations Manager with proven experience in Meta, Google and Bing Ads platforms and a deep knowledge in optimizing digital ad campaigns. This role is critical in the success of our business to both monitor and address issues with active campaigns as well as identify and drive the implementation of improvements to our ads engine platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign status and performance metrics, utilizing data insights to refine strategies, improve, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and performance discrepancies.
  • Technical Integration: Utilize technical skills to research and make recommendations to integrate advertising technologies (i.e. APIs) with our ads engine platform.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to identify efficiency gains to campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product managers, and engineers to align ad engine strategies with overall business goals and product features.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports on product performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Ability to execute simple software language (Microsoft stack) based commands to aid in monitoring and troubleshooting product performance.
  • Ad Platform Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Bing Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and optimizing ad performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Meta Ads, Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience in PropTech: Familiarity with the property technology industry or SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Advanced Analytics: Experience with advanced analytics tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI/Fabric) is beneficial.

  • This position is a US-based remote role with preference to applicants based in the state of Washington.
  • A competitive base salary of $105,000 to $125,000 per year + other financial incentives including stock options.
