Senior Brand Lead, Allergy will drive the development and execution of brand strategies and tactical plans for the US market, aligned with our North America region strategy. As the Allegra Senior Brand Manager on our Consumer Healthcare team, you'll report to the North America Allegra Zone Brand Head.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic brand leadership by aligning "Where to Play" and "How to Win" choices with in-depth consumer insights and data analysis, fostering sustainable sales growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Global team to ensure local strategies are in harmony with overarching Global initiatives.
  • Develop and execute integrated consumer campaigns across TV, precision marketing, digital, social media, and trade promotions. Leverage consumer journey insights and marketing mix analysis to effectively reach target audiences with timely and relevant messaging. Partner closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies for seamless execution.
  • Oversee P&L management, including forecasting, budget tracking, and the annual business planning process.
  • Work collaboratively with Field Sales and Sales Strategy to design and implement growth-driving retail programs, such as buyer engagement, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
  • Partner with the Innovation Lead to align the innovation roadmap with brand strategy and short-term financial objectives. Develop and launch activation programs for new product introductions.
  • Manage and develop a team of 1-2 marketers, focusing on talent growth and performance.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, balancing long-term priorities with short-term needs.
