Job Summary

This Compensation Analyst will serve as the team's program and project manager for our annual compensation cycle and all high visibility enterprise-wide projects. This includes leading the team in operational excellence to ensure the business receives great quality policy, process, and understanding all of our programs. This role will be a program champion and cross-functional partner, will keep all communications, enablement, and resources up to date, and will listen to the voice of our customers and propose updates when needed. You'll also be responsible for policies and program maintenance. The role reports to the Director, Global Compensation.

  • Lead the team through enterprise wide, high visibility projects through charters, project planning, weekly updates, cross-functional coordination


Job Requirements

- 8 or more years of compensation experience in support of medium to large organization(s) is required.

- Experience with global public companies is a plus!

- KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
  • Solid compensation program management experience, including communication and change management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, HRIS platforms, data analytics software, and salary surveys.
  • Ability to create automation, integration, and reconfiguration of tools to be user-friendly.
  • Project management experience.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Comfortable working on the day to day, repetitive tasks and stretching and developing with new projects.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and a strong collaborative, team approach to getting things done.
  • Detail oriented, resourceful, good listener, data storyteller, analytical, process improvement driver, problem solver.


Education

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, as outlined above, required.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, data analytics or business curriculum preferred, but not required

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $212,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
