Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and processes, including purchasing and supervising contractors, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements.
- Lead and assist management with training to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Report to the Plant Superintendent.
- Maintain communication and relationships with employees, vendors, and visitors.
- Provide safety training to contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules, regulations, and policies.
- Attend daily production and quality meetings.
- Provide technical support for plant packaging equipment and improvements, with a focus on PLC programming.
- Regularly observe facility operations.
- Communicate with Supervisors daily.
