Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to optimize the performance of Direct to Consumer channels in a highly collaborative, team setting. In this role you will partner with cross functional teams to design and launch new strategies. You will analyze performance amongst other metrics to inform the business and drive decision making. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Marketing Analyst: $75,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Senior Marketing Analyst: $95,000 - $105,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • , 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive Direct to Consumer (DTC) channel performance by testing strategies like prospecting, targeting and frequency to enhance results.


  • Lead DTC campaign management, aligning with annual budgets and providing quarterly performance projections.


  • Collaborate with the modeling team to incorporate data-driven insights for more efficient media optimizations.


  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to create and implement innovative strategies that boost campaign efficiency and impact.


  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing tactics and share insights with stakeholders to guide future strategies, while also reporting on business performance, including budgeting and forecasting.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytical environments including experience with data extraction, data manipulation and data visualization (Tableau preferred).


  • Experience with Python, SQL and Excel.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication including strong presentation and facilitation skills.


  • Proven experience solving complex problems in a collaborative team setting.


  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Data science experience or education.


  • Insurance or financial services industry experience.


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
