Process Improvement Specialist (Contractor)

We are hiring a Process Improvement Specialist (contractor) to assist with some root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify true root causes of defects.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to prevent defects from reaching production.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
• Facilitate internal communications and collaborations across teams.
• Document strong requirements and ensure they are met.
• Engage with staff and leaders to gather insights and drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in root cause analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in change management and leading teams through transitions.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
