The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. Responsibilities:
  • You'll manage front desk and other logistical operations while safeguarding the physical and operational security of our facilities. Your oversight of our administrative coordinator team will ensure stellar customer service for both internal and external customers, as well as continuous maintenance of all office spaces so that everyone always has what they need to do their jobs effectively.
  • You'll be a key partner supporting various Human Resources, Security, IT, and Facilities requirements, and as the go-to person for our team you'll coordinate appropriate resource allocation and provide support and guidance whenever needed.
  • You'll even get to leverage your planning expertise to lead the coordination of company meetings and events, track expenses, and maintain budgets. Plus, as a tech-savvy superstar, you'll help us optimize our systems and processes to ensure efficiency and drive innovation. But that's not all - you'll function as a critical change agent and help drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to foster successful adoption among your team.
  • Additionally, as the liaison between landlords, vendors, contractors, and key functional stakeholders, you will build strong relationships, facilitate effective communication, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Must-haves:
  • B.A. (or equivalent degree) and 2 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills with personnel at all levels internal and external to the organization, including foreign and military officials
  • Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations, instill collaboration, and drive engagement
  • Strong technical skills with experience leveraging automation and AI to drive efficiencies
  • Basic IT experience to include updating and backing-up software, troubleshooting IT issues, and coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Experience with maintaining a secured facility via C-Cure or other security access system
  • Experience with standard security and safety protocols
  • Ability to solve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Experience with developing short-term (1 year or less) strategic objectives and goals
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
  • Experience providing dedicated administrative support for one or more executive-level leaders, developing goals and objectives, and managing administrative support teams
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, U.S. military, or Department of Defense (DOD) environment
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG)
  • Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system
  • Previous experience in an office role within a non-traditional office setting, such as supporting hangars or similar environments, such as a warehouse, is highly desirable.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
