Solutions Designer

Note: Please note this role is part of a Hybrid Work Arrangement and resource(s) will be required to work at a minimum of 2-3 days per week at 5700 Yonge St.

Must-Have:

• Experience in Converting Monolithic to Cloud-Native Microservices: Proven experience in transforming monolithic applications into microservices or cloud-native solutions, with a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles.
• Development Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Java development, including frameworks such as Angular, APIs, microservices, and integration with cloud platforms.
• Cloud Experience: Expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, with practical experience in leveraging Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments.
• Hands-on Solutions Design and Development: Demonstrated ability to design and implement cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in large distributed environments.
• System Interfaces & Integration: Strong ability to monitor and understand complex system interactions at multiple abstraction levels, define limitations, and implement solutions that address system interface and integration requirements.
• Leadership: Proven leadership in the design and implementation of solution architectures, with experience in CRM platforms, databases, operating systems, and communication protocols.
