Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring timely completion within budget
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve project issues promptly
- Develop and maintain business process models to optimize project workflows

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Experience
- Proven experience in project management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and business process modeling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
