  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Quality Engineer - W2

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description:
  • Review auto-generated data quality issues and self-identified data issues from line of businesses
  • Partner with Subject Matter Expert and business or technology stakeholders to drive high severity self-identified data issues to remediation
  • Have an in-depth understanding of issue management tool (i.e., ServiceNow), business intelligence tool (i.e., ThoughtSpot), and the process for self-identified data and systematically generated issues to provide support and guidance to end users. Identify and solicit improvement opportunities
  • Perform operational activities to ensure data governance reporting/metrics are up to date
  • Prepare PowerPoint deck for various data governance working groups/forums (e.g., Cross Data Issue, weekly business office hours) including finalizing agenda and documenting minutes with action items assigned to the appropriate owner
  • Create, enhance, and implement procedural document and training materials for Data Governance (how-to guides, FAQs, rules of the road)

Additional Skills:
  • Exposure to ServiceNow - Issue Management background is needed
  • Stakeholder management is important
  • Collibra DQ (data quality) - Good skill to have
  • Business intelligence tool - PowerBI, Confluence
  • SQL - looking at data sets, write a query and analyze
  • End to End issue management and resolution
  • Data Governance experience
