Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Designer

M9 Solutions is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Designer to work remotely on a government contract. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations, data conversions, and reports with a focus on integration development.
• Provide support for Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI) implementation and integration of multiple business applications.
• Develop OCI integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define integration business rules and mapping for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Ensure the design, build, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of interfaces within the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
• Analyze, design, code, debug, test, and modify software or enhancements, considering existing software capabilities.
• Work closely with the HCM functional and technical teams throughout the Oracle implementation and phased go-lives.
• Participate in the strategic design, construction, and implementation of solutions in the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business process documents, process flows, policies and procedures, and strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship is required
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Application Development.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Technical Architecture.

• M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
