Position Location: Hybrid or Remote

Hours: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Scope: The Sales Analyst is the primary contact for all sales-related and financial reporting and analysis to support key clients. They will need to possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts to support the company’s strategic business decisions.

Essential Functions

  • Primary contact for key clients for all sales and financial reporting and analysis such as weekly pipeline reports, revenue analysis, delivering salesforce information on demand, trend analysis, and penetration analysis.
  • Support Client Success Manager and Sales Director on developing and presenting quarterly business reviews and other client-requested projects.
  • With assistance from the Director, formulate a topline fiscal year revenue forecast at least quarterly, but upon client request. This forecast shows assets delivered YTD, pipeline weighted by probability, and strategy to close any projected revenue gap.
  • Attend weekly client meetings presenting sales updates.
  • Assist Sales Executives in ensuring entries to salesforce are accurate.
  • Keep YGS management up to date on any clients’ concerns or problems.
  • Support team in pricing analysis and recommendations. Ability to model these recommendations to show how the structure would achieve revenue goals.
  • Daily contact with key clients.
  • Complies with the policies of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales and financial analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
  • Expertise in SalesForce.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail is required.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales analysis practices and accounting programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Time management skills and ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90 percent of the time with the balance of time required interacting or helping with internal and external customers.
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Occasionally move about inside the facility to access files, office machinery, etc.
  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs.
  • Travels on occasion to support the needs of the business.
