Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst/Architect to join our team. This role will involve close collaboration with Director/VP-level stakeholders to shape data collection, measurement, tracking, and reporting processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will focus on driving metrics-based project delivery and establishing governance and processes to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting for all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key metrics and strategies for data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking and measuring project delivery, emphasizing data-driven metrics.
  • Lead the development of dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data governance, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting and tracking platforms.
  • Maintain a regular cadence of reporting on project performance and delivery metrics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on comprehensive data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Architecture, or a similar role with significant interaction with senior leadership.
  • Expertise in handling large datasets and using advanced data analysis tools.
  • Strong background in data governance and creating metrics-driven reporting processes.
  • Understanding of project delivery metrics with the ability to establish regular reporting cadences.
  • Proficiency in creating high-impact reports, dashboards, and visualizations for executive audiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives.
  • Experience with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization/reporting software.
