Job Title: Solution Architect
Location: Resource can work fully Remote
Must have skills: Isilon, Superna, SyncIQ, OneFS
Nice to have: Experience with video surveillance environment
Project Tasks
- Assist with day to day operational activities/tasks as well as any post implementation tasks
- Review processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance and change management, user) to identify areas of improvement
- Conduct knowledge transfer to address the customer's skills and "product" gaps
- General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas once residency is completed
- Monitors, reviews, and manage environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practices
- The resident will take the lead to open, manage, view and drive SRs (Service Requests) to closure.
- Resident needs to be confident and proactive in providing best practice recommendations to the customer
- Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment
- Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction
- Must have excellent communication/consultative skills
