  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Microsoft Systems Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft domain services, including Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and LAPS.
  • Perform comprehensive patching for server and desktop systems.
  • Act as a specialist in Windows 10/11 and Office suite deployment.
  • Maintain and oversee Windows Server operations and performance.
  • Provide advanced support for the desktop support team as a Tier III expert.

Must have knowledge and experience:

  • Familiarity with Dell and VMware products.
  • Incident response experience.
  • Security background.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
