Microsoft Systems Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft domain services, including Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and LAPS.
- Perform comprehensive patching for server and desktop systems.
- Act as a specialist in Windows 10/11 and Office suite deployment.
- Maintain and oversee Windows Server operations and performance.
- Provide advanced support for the desktop support team as a Tier III expert.
Must have knowledge and experience:
- Familiarity with Dell and VMware products.
- Incident response experience.
- Security background.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
