  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

IR Recovery Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership and is the primary security point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
  • Plans and prioritizes daily and weekly tasks based upon the business needs while ensuring security best practices are met.
  • Coordinate & communicate with the PMO (Project Management Office) on tasks, status, issues, and escalations.
  • Reinforces industry best practices in the domains of incident response, cybersecurity analysis, case, and knowledge management.
  • Responsible for the overall security viability, manageability and operational stability of all IT functions and services being recovered or restored.

Must have knowledge and experience:

  • Dell and/or VMware product knowledge
  • Incident response experience
  • Background in security space
  • Be able to travel to clients location, when needed on short notice
