  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

The Gen Lab Consultant, on the clinical practice team, will consult with clients on service line workflow, guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients and mitigate solution risks and issues. In addition, you will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives. This role has the potential to be a multi-year and full-time engagement.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 year of PathNet healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of PathNet software implementation experience
  • GenLab Experience
  • Microbiology Experience a plus

Expectations

  • This position will be hybrid with some client travel required around go-live events.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
