POSITION: Director of Product Marketing

LOCATION: West Palm Beach, Florida (on-site)

SUMMARY:

Our client, a growing organization in the construction and real estate development industry is hiring for a Director of Product Marketing in West Palm Beach, FL. In conjunction with the VP of Marketing, the Director of Product Marketing will lead a team to provide customer-centric and solutions-oriented product marketing for company products across the East Coast. This position will work closely with internal team members along with an array of vendors to provide best in class product marketing services. This includes management of the full product marketing lifecycle from strategy to execution for existing and upcoming products. The Director of Product Marketing will oversee all tactical aspects of product marketing initiatives such as print & digital advertising, signage, collateral and website.

The Director of Product Marketing must have a keen ability to understand customer challenges and create solutions-based product marketing to address these challenges. Demonstrated success in product marketing in a transferable industry, along with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of marketing tools is required.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to lead positioning and successful marketing of company products.
  • Oversee the product marketing lifecycle and timelines for all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
  • Ensure marketing activities are within budget and ensure the timely processing of billing.
  • Define, monitor and report on critical metrics of success for product marketing activities.
  • Oversee development of messaging and approve for company materials.
  • Effectively manage vendor relationships and provide direction to ensure alignment with product marketing guidelines and goals.
  • Oversee the development of on-site customer engagement tools, ensuring a positive customer experience and maximum customer growth.
  • Understand and adapt product marketing to changing industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a similar industry (luxury hospitality, construction, real estate development etc.)
  • Demonstrated project management skills within product marketing to include organization, attention to detail, problem solving, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Experience with social media, web content management systems, and e-marketing tools.
