JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and lead emotionally-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, fostering brand loyalty and deep connections.
  • Use consumer psychology and market research to craft compelling brand narratives and customer stories that align with the company's mission.
  • Create, maintain, and expand the company's brand kit and image across all platforms, ensuring consistency and emotional impact in visual identity, messaging, and tone.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce and execute emotionally impactful content and messaging across digital, social media, video, and print channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing actionable insights to refine messaging and improve results.

Team Leadership & Brand Integrity

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and customer empathy.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to integrate emotional marketing strategies into all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct internal checks to ensure team members correctly use marketing materials that are in line with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on emotionally-driven campaigns and consumer psychology
  • Experience in EdTech, summer camps, or educational programming is a strong plus, with the ability to market programs that engage kids and parents in educational technology
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) with the ability to create visually compelling marketing materials that align with the brand's image and messaging
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven ability to create compelling narratives and lead cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for fostering team development
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and storytelling
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and make strategic adjustments
  • Inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude
