This hybrid position is based in our Scottsdale office.

Description

We are looking for a civil engineer with five or more years of experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the Civil Department in our Scottsdale, Arizona office. A self-starter with good communication skills is essential. Self-discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility are also required. The ideal candidate for this position will provide efficient and detailed work. They will be responsible for the development of project designs and construction documents by utilizing the most current version of AutoCAD. Projects will be related to:

  • Commercial site design
  • Residential site design
  • Grading
  • Drainage
  • Erosion control
  • Other civil-related projects

Basic Qualifications

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • At least five years of civil site design experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • MS Office experience (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing people and projects
  • Experience with construction observation and utilizing various surveying equipment.
