Job Duties

  • National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls along with email communication.
  • Reach out to shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate.
  • Direct shareholders to where they can vote moving forward.
  • Share communications ensuring them management has their best interest in mind.


Pay: $20/HR weekly pay – TEKsystems offers medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Start Date: November 15th or November 22nd

Placement: 3 Month Contract until February 2025; can be redeployed to another project in March!

Hours: Mon-Thurs 5pm-10pm CST; Saturday 11am-5pm CST – extra hours may be available (Part-time 25.5 hours/week)

Training: 3-5 days of paid training

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional office or call center experience
  • Must have own equipment – laptop/computer and headset (NO CHROMEBOOKS ACCEPTED)
  • Education Verification Required: Minimum High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Employment Verification Required: Must have paystub or W2 to verify
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps download & 10 Mbps upload
