We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll prospect both online and in person, identifying local businesses in the Boise metro area that can benefit from our services. Your main goal will be to engage potential clients, build relationships, and set up meetings for our senior sales team. If you’re passionate about helping businesses succeed and love the challenge of sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify businesses that could benefit from our digital marketing services.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and in-person networking events.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to Talloo’s services like local SEO, email marketing, AI automations, website development, and promotions.
  • Schedule meetings or calls for our senior sales team to close the deal.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-up activities using our CRM (HubSpot).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills—you’re just as comfortable chatting in person as you are sending emails or making cold calls.
  • A passion for helping local businesses succeed.
  • A self-starter who is motivated by goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (or a willingness to learn).
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
