Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Correctional Officer at the Federal Bureau of Prisons facility in SeaTac, WA. The Correctional Officer will be responsible for supervising inmates, maintaining physical security, providing training, and enforcing law enforcement within the facility on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, Training, and Law Enforcement experience
  • Knowledge of Criminal Justice and Physical Security procedures
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions
  • Physical fitness and agility to respond to emergency situations
  • Experience working in correctional facilities is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred
